Biosource Global Resources(BGR) stands for professional business approach and commitment to our investors backed by an experienced managerial team with a proven track record. Our team offers a balance of industry expertise, managerial and operational experience as well as qualifications across the fields of technology, commodities trading, animal husbandry, energy, technology services and Asset management.

Drawing on the diverse backgrounds and skills of our management team, BGR is able to offer portfolio companies a broad range of commodities and opportunities.

Oladotun Adebayo – MD/CEO

Joined BGR: Oladotun is the co-founder of BGR

Road to BGR: He is an established businessman with investments in key sectors of economy which includes commodity trading, agriculture and few others.

He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Biosource Global Resources Limited. Oladotun has over 14years’ experience working in top tier commodity trading, information technologies/software’s solutions and manufacturing companies.

His most recent post before joining BGR is Head, Information Technology/Operations at Olite Manufacturing Co. Ltd., one of the top 5 biggest cosmetics manufacturing firm in Nigeria. Prior to this, he spent some years with few other companies like; PCG Nig. Ltd, a company that specializes in real estate managements/constructions. He worked with Infotech Solutions, a company that specializes in payment solution services.

 His first call of service before moving to Infotech Solutions was with Jeeptrade International, a company that specializes in trading and import/export of commodities.

He held several senior positions during his year of service in the various organizations mentioned above

Education: Oladotun holds a bachelor's of Science degree from University of Ibadan. He also holds several IT professional certifications.


Christianah .y. Ayelero – COO

Joined BGR: Christianah joined BGR 2014

Road to BGR: She is an outstanding investment manager/Operation director. She is the Chief Operation Officer of Biosource Global Resources Limited. Christianah has over 10years’ experience working in Agrosource Ventures has  managing director, a company known for poultry farming and crop farming.

Prior to Agrosource, Christianah has also worked in few other establishments. She joined Biosource when BGR acquired Agrosource has a subsidiary company.

Education: Christianah holds a bachelor's of Technology degree in AgricEconomics & Extension from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho.
